Step 1 - Consultation

The customer identifies the need to carry out regular servicing on their pumping station or sewage treatment plant due to Concern over risk and cost of failure, energy use or failure to comply with regulatory bodies Poor service from existing supplier, looking for better value for money or simply an alternative supplier A new system has been installed and requires a maintenance contractor Customer contacts Samatrix and provides their requirements, Samatrix team explain options available Samatrix can attend site to carry out a preliminary survey and discuss the customers requirements.

Step 2 - Quotation

Samatrix will provide a detailed quotation or proposal for larger projects. This will explain what our regular service plan includes and what the customer can expect to receive, we will also indicate the other benefits of being in a service plan, such as no call out fee.

Step 3 - Service Visit

Samatrix service engineers attend site and carry out routine maintenance as quoted, on the first visit all available asset data is collected and recorded. Faults discovered on the plant during the visit will be rectified by our engineers

Step 4 - Report

The Samatrix back-office team will issue a detailed condition report, along with any remedial actions that could not be remedied at the service visit, health and safety concerns and details of any faults rectified A quotation is then produced and forwarded to the customer detailing any additional work required
